Abstract:
     Deshelled raw peanut is immersed into water solution of polysaccharine, Trade Mark "Pululan", strain out till dried. Before baking, spray several times with mixture of "Pululan" and "Xerox" solution. The above said processing is for keeping peeling off red coating of the peanut and oxidizing. Baking is carried out in an oven with a metal sieve barrel rotating around a horizontal shaft around which far infrared heaters are provided. On top of the oven, an easily opened cover is mounted. During baking, peanut is subjected to the radiation of the far infrared ray and slowly rolling within the barrel.
