Abstract:
     This process is to extract nutritious composition in beebread (pollen) and to make wine with this pollen extract. The key to make such pollen wine is preheating the pollen in steam kettle at 40 deg.C for 30 min, then abruptly raising to 110-120 deg.C and droping to lower than 10 deg.C. The crust of pollen is thus broken. The broken pollen is soaked in water in closed uessel. The extract is used to brew wine, and aged for half year.
