Abstract:
     Peanuts, solid materials (flour, starch and sugar) and liquid materials (honey, water and other condiments) are thoroughly mixed according to a definite recipe, peanuts are thus coated with a layer of the mixed paste. They are then deep fried to form a kind of brownish yellow, crisp and delicious nuts with suitable sweetness and saltness. The method of preparation is as simple and rational as possible and of high yield.
