Abstract:
     The invention is a preparation method for prolonging storage life of handy food with stuffing. According to the type of foods and stuffings, method of heating food for ripening and heated condition in destroying bacteria, the handy food should be properly heated or not. Then packing food in container to destory bacteria by conventional heating method, finaly sealing the container to prolong storage life. In this case the handy food is obtained.
