Abstract:
     This invention provides a method for making canned bean-curd. The characteristics of this method is adding phosphate and casein in soya-bean milk, which is put into a packing container after being well-homogenized, it is then heated to solidify. Because the effective delayed solidification efffect can be obtained by this method, it could be easily applied commercially. The bean-curd so obtained has good quality, and tastes slick and good.
