| This invention deals with the method of canning Chinese dishes without changing their color, odour, taste and shape. The primary material, subsidiary material and condiments of some type of dishes are prepared, initially processed, disinfected, packed separately and marked with the name. Then, they are packed into the general container and sealed. The name, the picture of the external appearance, the cooking method and the points for attention are printed on the package. After opened and cooked according to the instructions, it is edible immediately. This method applies to the products for oceangoing ships, field operation, army unit and for export. | |||
