| By this technique, the steaming method is changed by squeezing way in the primary a treatment of the existing corn-flake processing procedure. Therefor requirement of hard corn with 57% glassiness for corn-flake production is changed, as corn with low glassiness can also be used, with this technique, as raw material for corn-flake production. In this way, the cylinder-type baker in the secondary a treatment procedure is replaced by a planetype sieve tray baker. The technique includes the following five procedures: Ingnedient stirring, primary a treatment, modification squeezing, baking, and cooling/packing. | |||
