Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method utilizing soybean as raw material from which the vegetable milk is produced by removing the soybean fishy smell and emulsification process treatment. Its colour , flavor, smell and nutritional composition, however, approach that of pure milk. Besides, the vegetable milk contains no cholesterol and lactose, making it particularly suitable for drinking by people with cardio-vascular disease or lactoseallergic reaction. If different flavoring are added into the milky liqguid, vegetable milk with different fruit flavors may be produced.
