Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a biological strengthening process in which malt with rich selenium--- trace element needed in human body is made and a new process in which malt with organo-selenium is made. In the process not only malt with rich organo-selenium is gained but the process is simple, the spreading is easy and the cost is lower. The process is mainly that the wheats are cultivated by a solution with certain concn. of sodium selenite solution to sprout and to grow selenium-containing malt, powder of which can be used as food additive and medicine to meet the need for human body to selenium.
