| Process for preparing food from burdock as an ingredient includes the following seven steps: (1) is washed, (2)bleached, (3) burdock with damage is selected and removed, (4) the selected good burdock is sliced, (5) cooking the sliced burdock, (6) dried the cooked burdock, (7) granded the burdock into powder, granular. The invention obtains the titled product comprising only burdock as an ingredient, which is processed into easily edible powdery or granular state without using additional matters. | |||
