Abstract:
    A mashed fish paste is formed into a thin sheet and heated in an oven to gel said sheet. The gelled sheet after heating is cooled and then cut into slender fibrous bodies. The fibrous bodies are further cut into suitable lengths and separated to slender fibre bodies.
