| This invention is related to the manufacturing technique of stinkless garlic powder, it improves the present stink-eliminating method for garlic powder. The aim is to improve the stink-elinating technique, to reduce costs and to ensure hygiene. The technological process mainly includes: cleaning, steaming, washing, putting the garlic into the solution of sugar and black tea to eliminate stink, washing, cutting up, immersing in alcohol, rinsing, squeezing the water, drying and smashing, then the stinkless garlic powder is obtained. When making the solution of sugar and black tea, the stalks and powder of black tea can be used, so it is easy to get the raw materials. Furthermore, as no chemical synthetic reagents are added in the product, the hygiene is ensured. The stinkless garlic powder has the gragrance of garlic. | |||
