Abstract:
     This invention refers to a method for producing edible mushroom stock and cultivar, and especially for those of crops-cultivating edible mushroom. It solves the contamination problem effectively in producing edible mushroom stocks and cultivar especially for those using crops as processing material on the premise of being without inoculating chamber. The invented method put a high temp. resistant germicide into the species-cultivating medium and steaming to kill off germ once again. The crops used for cultivating must be soaked and cooked and then washed with fresh water, and conduct control of miscellaneous germs on the premise mentioned above with supplementary heating.
