Abstract:
     The characteristics of this technology are making use of material with whole-fat or half-defatted soybean, instantaneous stir in high percentage of water with high speed, homogeneous inside and outside heating and the low-temp. high pressure shaping. In this machine, there are fixed mechanisms to increase the material-compression ratio, and an internal heating rod is set inside the screw-propeller. At the stage of tissue forming, the dismou table sleeve-pieces with different screw-thread structure may be changed, so that products may be made in different shapes.
