Abstract:
     The whole fat soyabean is cleaned, decorticated, milled and fibrized. After adding various kinds of flavorings it is then processed and surface treated obtaining the final product. In comparison with the current methods in which defatted soyabean is used as raw material it contains more fat, is more tasteful, shortens the period of processing and is of low cost.
