Abstract:
     The dry food can be used as pastry, food filler, colouring agent medical component and nutrient. The method includes that the meat, viscera and bone of livestock steamed and boiled beforehand by vapour or vegetable are put into the grease-smelting boiler in which there is animal oil and vegetable oil heated beforehand, under conditions of air seal the grease-smelting boiler is sealed, the raw material is heated by hot oil and at the same time the pressure in the grease-smelting boiler is reduced. Above mentioned process of reducing pressure is divided into two steps. Under conditions of reducing pressure, the raw materials are taken out of oil and smashed, so that the dry food is obtained. The cost of this kind of dry food is low and the useful components of raw materials are kept; the oil content in it is very little, so it can be stored for long time.
