Abstract:
     The carbonic acidifier of beverages is composed of the following parts: a jar, a pipe that transports the liquid product into the jar, a control device that keeps the pressure of CO2 gas in the jar at a proper lever, a control device that is mounted in the pipe and used to control the flow of the liquid product, a nozzle whose outlet is positioned at backward position of the liquid flow control device, and a device that transports CO2 into liquid product in the pipe via the nozzle.
