Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for improving process technology in producing low spirituosity liquor by adsorption. It aims at the problems of complicated apparatus and high cost in prepg. low spirituosity sorghum liquor by the existing membrane process or resin process. The processed Maifanshi is mixed with high spirituosity sorghum liquor and drinkable water. After keeping still or shaking, filtrating, the low spirituosity sorghum liquor is obtd..The process is simple and inexpensive. The low spirituosity sorghum liquor so obtd. with the beneficial trace elements introduced will keep its original flavour and be upgraded, and injurious heavy metals decreased.
