| It is a process for making honey beer. The honey beer is made by brewing the malt and honey preparation with selected yeast culture, with nutritive salt added in the process of fermentation. It possesses both the features of beer and the flavour of honey. It is clear and transparent, giving a pure white foam of fine and delicate texture and clinging to the glass. It emits an obvious fragrance of hop and has the flavor of honey, with a hop, pure delicious taste of first and a lasting after-taste. Its nutrients content, such as those of amino acids, vitamines, trace elements, glucose, fructose etc. are considerably higher than usual beers available on the market. The storage period may last for 60 days or more. | |||
