Abstract:
     This invention is about making technique of mushroom wine. The leftover bits or boiling water of mushroom in producing can are sterilized, inoculated, fermented and filtered. The product is stored in jar. If some flavouring essence is added. It becomes dermounth wine. This type of wine is pale yellow, clear, nutritious and agreable to taste. It is good for liver and helps in reducing cholesterol.
