     This invention discloses a technological process and formulation for beverage wine belonging in fruit wine which is made from Yun Nan specialities olive as main raw material, which processes include: screening raw materil breaking, soaking, dregs removing, fruit juice, vat changing, clarificating, filtrating, blending, storing, sterilizating, examinating, bottling to give finished product. The yielded product is low in alcoholic content. The taste of wine (beverage) is mellow and fragant. It is nutritious and functions as health care. It is good for one's health to drink it frequently.
