Abstract:
     It is a industrialization making method of fruit fermented glutinous rice. The conventional making method of sweat fermented glutinous rice is always household workshop production and all depends upon the expercience and natural fermentation, the quality of production is unstable and variety is single. The method of this invention takes husked rice or polished glutinous rice as raw material, through washing, soaking, steaming drenching and mixed with a small piece of ripe fruit and distiller yeast, puts it into sterilized container after mixed thoroughly, cultures with heat preservation, then the finished product is gained. Due to the use of scientific making method and appraised method, the quality of production is stable and it is suitable for the industralization production and the variety is diversity. It is suitable for the production of small food stuffs processing factory.
