Abstract:
     This invention is involved with a method using liquid leaven as strain to prepare a solid grown-up leaven. In the method, the liquid strain leaven is prepared up mainly by clultivating liquid leaven and then inoculated uniformly on solid culture medium for cultivating. Finally, a solid grown-up leaven with high enzyme vitality is prepared up. The invention has following advantages: pure strain is used to quickly prepare up the grown-up leaven with high enzyme vitality; the whole time spent for preparing leaven can be shortened; the utilization rate of leaven-preparing equipment can be increased, and its leavened products can well keep the flavour of the solid leaven. This method is suitable to prepare the leaven for the leavened products, such as soy, vinegal, sauce, wine and alcohol.
