Abstract:
     A process of making wine utilises promegranate for raw material. Its main characteristics are seed selection and breeding wild saccharomycete which is grown on the peel of promegranate and grape yeast. Above-mentioned two kinds of yeasts have been mixed and cultivated a mixed yeast, in which adding promegranate juice and leavening. According this process, made promegranate wine has special natural flavour and various nutritions, rich fragrance and pure taste.
