| Desert cistanche and its compatible raw materials are rationally utilized. The method overcomes the imperfection of the existing technique such as cool extracting, hot soaking, extracting during decocting, hot back-flowing, etc., and can be used for the prepn. of desert cistanche wine of various alcohol content and wide adoptability. With sorghum wine or white spirit as the solvent, the method is characterized by the following: desert cistanche and other compatible herbs are used as raw materials which are processed through selecting, grinding, extracting, concn., alcoholic extracting and distillating to obtain primary mother liquor; the secondary mother liquor is obtd. after processing with flavour corrective and bacteria inhibitor. Primary and secondary mother liquors are mixed logether, the mixt. is diluted with sorghum wine or white spirit, and electro-dialysis water is added to its full quantity; the desert cistanche wine is produced after refine-filtering and then bottled. | |||
