Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a making method of mushroom-bleded wine. It uses the mushroom waste of industrial canned mushroom or its precooked liquid as the raw material, and through addition of a certain amount of edible deodorizing essence, sugar, acid, glycerine or essence coloring matter, so that the mushroom wine is blended. Its product wine color is light yellow, with mushroom flavour, long aftertaste and very nourishing, and has the drug effects of strengthening liver, cholesterol lowering and ulcer-prevention etc.
