Abstract:
     This invention discloses a technology for preparing fruit wine made from Chinese flowering quince. The production scheme is as follows: Raw fruit-screening and washing-crushing-immersing in low concentration liquor-residue removal by pressing-transferring into another container-settling-filtration-blending-storing-pasteurization-inspection-packing-transferring into the store-room. The finished liquor, containing low concentration of alcohol with mild, aromatic and sweet flavors, is full of nutrients for health protection and is unique in taste for public consumption.
