Abstract:
It relates to a technique for making yellow rice wine from distiller's grains and potato flour with specific directions. The technological process consists of: raw material feeding-adding water and stirring-steam-cooking-saccharifying-fermenting-extracting-end prod. The feeding proportion by wt. percentags is specified as: distiller's grains 80-90%, potato flour 10-20%, while the conditions of prodn. technology are partly varied correspondingly. This invention may be put in practice based on the conventional wine-making prodn. line and equipment. Since feeding proportion is varied, it results in regular fermentation, the quality and flavour of wine prod. are improved, and the leftover waste liq. is proved by test to be high-quality feed for (domestic) animals, fowls and fish.
