Abstract:
     The invention is provided a preparing method of dry wine using huckleberry, which are separated, screened and evaluated by saccharomycete, and the higher wine-producing power No.1 Hang-wine is selected as yeast, and the drop in acidity process is used to surmont the difficulty of high acidity from huckleberry fruit syrup.
