Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method of making tea with wine flavor. The white wine (Chinese wine) which contains alcohol over 50% and is treated with active carbon is used as base wine. The base wine and immersion fluids of tea-leaves, Chinese wolfberry licorice, powdered suger solution or fructose and glucost mixed syrup, mountain pear acid potassium water solution are mixed in allocation and make up perfume. then the acidity of tea with wine flaver is adjusted to pH=3.0-5.5 with lemon acid, and through the micrawave treatment and the precipitation treatment with seaweed acid sodium or gelatin or agar-carbonic acid or 101 precipitating agent, filtering, pouring packing and sterilizing and at last, the invented procuction of tea beverage with wine flavor is obtained and its main compositions are (% by wt.): base wine 3.5-50, powdered sugar or mixed syrup 5-15, tea leaves immersion fluid 1.0-4.0, Chinese wolberry immersion fluid 0.2-0.8, licorice immersion fluid 0.03-0.08, anti-scurvy...
