Abstract:
     It is characterized by homogeneously mixing the composite saccharogenic enzyme with alcohol active dried yeast. The composite sacchargenic enzyme can be separately wedas a desugarizing agent for raw cotton, an additive for making aspergillus wine and a distillers' yeast for making rice wine, wort grains and millet wine. It can increase the desugarizing efficiency of raw cotton from 4-5 deg. of sugar-content to one deg. enhance the yield of aspergillus wine by 6%, and shorten the period of moking rice wine, worf grains and millet wine by half as compared with that of traditional application of distillers' yeast.
