| Distiller's grains, after adjusting of PH value and inoculating with edible fungi, are subjected to deep level fermentation. The fermented vaccin may be used for culturing edible fungi, or for extraction of aminoacids, or for making of medicine. The upper layer of clear liquor of the fermented mass is again inoculated with forage yeast and subjected to secondary deep level fermentation. Fungi from the secondary fermentation can be used as additives for forages. The upper layer of clear liquor from the secondary fermentation is used for culturing algae which can also be used as additives for forages. COD of the remaining upper clear liquor is less than 200 mg/l. Which is a value meeting the goverment draining regulation. This method has not only made use of all the nourishing materials of distiller's grains, but also eliminated the pollution problems. This process is simple and consumes less energy. | |||
