| A method of producing yeast wine by solid state distillation and its equipment is characterized by adding fractionation process to the technological processes of yeast wine with the method of solid state distillation of steamer distillation-cooler condensation. The increased fractionation process makes the output of the best yeast wine increased over 15%, the sweet-mellow-smelling improved, the peculiar smell reduced. The fractionation equipment mainly consists of steam pot, watertight steam-in conduit, watertight steam-out conduit and water cooling system. The fractionation equipment can be used in the mode of only one set or several sets in series. It is simple in structure, easy in using and energy can be saved. | |||
