| This invention relates to the process for producing edible spirit of wine and fodders made from "flying flour" of Amorphophallus rivieri concentrated flour. Said processing is improved on the traditional brewing by two processes: the first, during stage of mixing the raw material discarded residue, hull, and water are added to the 'flying flour' Amorphophallus rivieri in the ratio of; 'flying flour': discarded residue: hull: water, 1:2-5:0.1-0.5:0.3-0.75 to form a loose and porous material being suitable for microorganism growth; and the second, by using the combined aspergillin consisting: root aspergillin, aspergillus flavus, erythromycin, fatty-producing yeast, oil-producting yeast etc. after spawned with germ culture and tray expansion, then the processing is completed. | |||
