Abstract:
     The waste effluent of distillers' grains drained from the alcohol production according to conventional ferment method causes some environmental pollution. In the alcohol production technology of the present invention, the waste matter is separated into the filtered dregs and the crude filtrate, and the former is used for feed and the latter is reused circularly for material mixing and re-enters the alcohol extraction processes, i.e. low-temp. steaming, saccharification, ferment, alcohol extraction, separation of waste matter, and reusing of the crude filtrate. The said technology, without affecting the alcohol yield and quality, drains no waste matter and thus it won't pollute environment.
