Abstract:
     This invention relates to the fermentation of alcoholic drink. The marsh gas produced from organic waste of fermantation industry is reused in fermenting process. It is a new approach in developing of multiple utilization of biological energy. By passing marsh gas with methane content of over 60% into the fermenting tank in a definite amount and a definite time period, the metabolism of microorganism can be promoted, the yield of alcoholic drink is increased 10-20%, the fermentation period is shortened by one fourth and the quality of the product is improved.
