Abstract:
     This invention relates to a process to separate coarse tartar from the dregs of grape wine (that is a precipitate on the bottom of wine drum after fermentation of grape wine and contains yeast paste, alcohol and coarse tartar, potassium hydrogen tartrate) by centrifugal separator. Through dissolving and crystallizing, purer coarse tartar is obtained. The dregs of wine after extraction of coarse tartar may also be used to make alcohol by distillation.
