Abstract:
     Based on chemical neuturization principle and the priciple of concentration product when organic acid becomes salt precipitate difficult to dissolve, proper quantity of calcium oxide is added in and uniformly mixed before or after the solid-liquid separation of distillers' grains is conducted to make part of organic acid become calcium salt precipitate, which can control the pH value to meet the requirement of water for compounding. As a result, after unlimited cycles in the production technology where all the filerate of distillers' grains is reused, the fermentation is still normal and the wine output ratio and quality are not lowered. It features simple realization and low cost.
