| In this invention, the discarded distillers' grains of leaven beverage is firstly dried, and is then screened to form crude shell, fine shell and powder of distillers' grains, and they are utilized repsectively according to their metrient composition. The crude shell of discorded distillers' grains is returned to the cellar and brewed to make leaven beverage, its fine shell is used for production of string-flavour beverage, and its powder is used for preparation of hard liquor, esterified liquor, fermented liquor, cultivation of artificial cellar mud, and preparation of fodder. This invention converts waste into usable products, saves grains and other raw materials for brewing, lowers the production cost, and raises the quality of beverage brewed. | |||
