Abstract:
     The present invention refers to technology for extracting fusel oil. The lower part of edible alcohol distillation tower is installed with a fusel oil separator, which is used to extract fusel oil from inner reflux of distillation tower without need to draw alcohol vapour from distillation tower for separating fusel oil by cooling, checking, and diluting with water and return diluted alcohol back to distillation tower for further distillation, resulting in steam saving, simple operation, no air pollution, higher extraction rate, guaranteed alcohol qualty and yield.
