Abstract:
     The invention provides a kind of fermentation method using starch as raw material and a distillation method for producing superior grade edible spirit (GB 10343-39). The three-tower technological process is composed of undecanted wine tower with condenser on tower top, rectifying tower installed separately with rectifying section and distilling section and methanol tower, the undecanted wine tower has no need of water to dilute and can reproduce thoroughly the technological operation of the thinning tower for separating fuse oil, the rectifying tower can thoroughly separate fusel oil by gas phase and normal liquid phase extracting oil methods peculiar to said invention; the rectifying tower and methanol tower can thoroughly separate ethyl-aldehyde, methanol, low boiling point esters, etc. head grade impurities, thus said technological process can produce superior grade edible spirit, the yield comes up to 92% odd.
