Abstract:
     The technological method is comprised of (A) utilization of waste heat in spent grains liquor, (B) recvery of wet coarse protein forage and (C) mixing process of the filtrate of spent grains liquor. It uses casing pipe heat exchanger to make spent grains liquor and soft water heat-exchange in reverse circulation, and through two stages of net-filtration to separate wet coarse protein forage and filtrate, the filtrate is used in mixing process of alcohol production. The method saves large amount of water and energy, reduces environmental pollution, and reuses the residual starch and dextrin in filtrate.
