Abstract:
     In the treatment process, waste alcohol stillage liquid is indirectly heat exchanged in reboiler with the condensed water being not drained into the waste stillage liquid. Secondary steam produced by the vacuum flash dewatering of waste stillage liquid and in tail effect evaporator is used for preheating, and the preheated stillage liquid re-enters the evaporator. In this way, the complete waste liquid evaporating and concentrating process consumes almost no steam, so that energy consumption is very low.
