Abstract:
     The present invention is that during saccharification process, cellulase or composite zymin containing cellulase is mixed to hydrolyze cellulose and semi-cellulose into succharide. The implementation of the present invention can reduce the viscosity of saccharified wort for easy filtration and raise protein centent in barley grains owing to the hydrolysis of great part of cellulose.
