Abstract:
     Zero discharge process for alcohol sludge filtrate includes: mixing cyclic water with alcohol sludge filtrate concentrated at high temperature, evaporating alcohol sludge filtrate to condense, and cooling to remove water content by boiling pasty remains. The process is carried out by blowing to cool and remove water content as well as to boil and evaporate to reduce the amount of alcohol sludge filtrate, then mixing it and cyclic dust-collected water with raw materials to achieve zero discharge of sludge filtrate. It is designed reasonably, having advantages such as saving energy and water, and less pollutant discharge to protect environment with excellent economic effect.
