Abstract:
     This invention is related to the preparation of granular enzyme constituent in microbe or enzyme, especially involves the extraction of granular enzyme after enzyme has been produced by industrial microbe and the forming extruder to prepare it for use as a composition of detergents. This process adopts the following procedures: Bacillus licheni-gemma is fermented and filtered, and ground under wet state; then talc, aliphatic alcohol, etc. are added and mixed; the mixture is further extruded and an alcohol solution of polyether is sprayed as coating to enhance the cleaning ability of enzyme granules; such granules have good solubility and the process is simple. The extruder includes a cylindrical casing the left side of which has an opening fitted with a perforated plate; a two screw-arbors axially parallel to each other have their ends bearing against the perforated plate and thread-to-thread inserted, and are geared for transmission.
