Abstract:
     This invention provides a new species of lipolytic enzyme with a most suitable pH range of 8-10.5. The titled enzyme shows efficient lipolytic enzyme activity at of washing condition of: water solution concentration 10 g/e, temperature 60 deg.C. or below, pH 7-10. They are very useful in detergent compositions, premixing agent and enzymatic detergent additives, and can be obtained from Pseudomonas Pseudo-alcalgenes, Pseudomonas Stanieri Mandel, Acinetobacter Calcoaceticus. The best strains are Pseudomonas Pseudoalcalgenes CBS 467.85, CBS 468.85, CBS 473.85, and ATCC 29625, Pseudomonas Stanieri Mandel CBS461.85, Acinetobacter Calcoaceticus CBS 460.85 and their variant or matant.
