Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for preparing short link primary alcohol and secondary alcohol fatty acid erster by exchanging gluceride with short link alcohol erster which has 1~5 carbon atoms. Under at least 210 deg.C condition, a gaseous alcohol flows through liquid gluceride and then the generated mixture of glucerin, fatty acid alkyl erster and gaseous alcohol will be exhausted together from the reaction zone, then will be separated.
