Abstract:
     This invention relates to a technology of oil and fat chemical engineering. According to the said technology, phosphatide of rape oil is used as raw material and based on the chlonnation (or without chlorination)-sulphation reaction. On the double-bond of phosphatide, hydrophilic agents of sulfonic group and sulfuric group are introduced. The micellar structure of the phosphatide of rape oil is destroyed, and the flowability and permeability are increased. The hydrophilic and lipoid affinity balance (HLB) value are also raised, and the degree unsaturation is lowered. The modified phosphatide of rape oil should be subjected to washing with water, decoloration and neutralization treatments. By this way, the resultant product is a kind of surface active agent with better emulsifiability. When it is formulated with other surfactant and organic soloent according to the usage, said surface active agent can be widely used in the leather, metal cutting oil, ore dressing, pesticida.............
