Abstract:
     The present invention is related to a simple-process and low-cost method for manufacturing the fatty acid ester compounded lubricating agent family products used in plastic industry. It uses natural fat or hydrogenated natural fat or both matters with different combination as raw material, and there needs no hydrolization and separation, and with a certain alcohol or the different combination of some alcohols under the catalysis of alkaliferous metal or (and) alkali-earth metal catalyst or(and) water carry out alcoholysis reaction and thereby produces the fatty acid ester compounded lubricating agent which is used in plastic industry and contains various type of fatty acid ester, alkaliferous metal or alkali-earth metal soap and its lubricating property can be artificially controlled and has remarkable cooperative stabilization.
